Paban is a Ex – Indian Navy with a 15 years’ experience, worked in RCCL Cruise lines for 6 years ,as well Britannia's longest serving Nepalese Team Leader and worked as a Training manager in Britannia Maritime Security company for 7 years with more than 75 transits in High Risk Area against Somalian Pirates. Currently based in Kathmandu and runs UMI training courses for all candidates seeking for CDC & STCW10 ,as he is certified STCW instructor from Arina Sync Marine Institute , Mumbai, India.
